Muscatine Redemption

It's easier for me to take my cans their and alot faster .

Busy today, but they handled it smoothly. Well kept up, with sanitation and politeness.

Customer service here is very poor. The workers are always rude and even when I have seen them nice they turn rude fairly quickly. I would not recommend coming here regardless that it is the only redemption center in town. I would recommend taking your business somewhere outside of Muscatine rather than coming here.

Need a better set up, and a new lady at the front counter, she is always rude. I always have my bottles boxed so i can be right in and right out, but the lady at the counter acts like it is a inconvenience to take them.
