You forgot my BACON AND CHESEE
This Jimmy John's is awesome! Whenever I need to get an extra quick meal, this is where I come. I'm always guaranteed to be in and out in under a few minutes. I think I may have even made it out of the store in under a minute before. I've never had a bad sandwich here, and I've never had an order messed up before.

Ordered online from a few blocks away. Placed the order at 11:42am, it is currently 12:11pm. I called to get an estimation of delivery and the young man who answered the phone was extremely rude. He said “I’m not trying to argue with you, we’re busy”.... well... if you advertise “freaky fast delivery” & this delivery doesn’t fall into that category, maybe you should call to let me know, since you have all my contact info... I was then told he could just “refund my order”... I asked “an hour? Will the food be here in an hour”? To which I was told “I have no idea”...nI understand having bad days or busy days, but you don’t speak to customers like that. Still awaiting my lunch... or will it show up for dinner? .....
Manager was very rude. Food was ok.
