I can’t think of a better place to workout at besides The Method! The people and the atmosphere there are unlike any other. The coaches are so helpful with whatever question you have no matter your skill level. Even while pregnant, they had the appropriate scaling options for every workout we had. Can’t express how happy I am to be apart of such a great community with people who come in everyday, work hard, and encourage one another to do their best!
I moved to this gym when it opened several months ago and I’m so happy with my decision. I look forward to coming to the classes every day even when I know the workout is going to suck. The community is so supportive and the coaches care about your progress and your goals!
I started with The Method when they opened and have nothing but positive things to say! I love the coaching staff and leave everyday feeling accomplished. Whether it's working on small goals or long term goals, someone is always there to help along the way! I can't recommend this gym enough!
A very welcoming CrossFit gym that makes you feel at home. The coaches greet you with a smile and take the time to get to know every single person! Check this place out!
Dropped in from out of town and instantly felt like I was part of the group. Incredible athletes and coaches. We will definitely be visiting again the next time through!
