We have been with Phelps for a bit over 3 months now and no major complaints. Even the startup/switch over “pains” has been minimal. We use them for Uniforms, Mats, Shop towels, and First Aide. Mark set up our account for us and was very knowledgeable, took his time with all question/concerns. I never felt as if he was over promising or up selling to get more out of our account. The transition from our old uniform company was smooth as well. Minor issues such as missing pants eventually found in other lockers, or a zipper broken have been addressed quickly. Billing has remained as promised. Starting and removing employees has been painless. Schedule changes for holidays have been explained in advance. Communication is easy. I email or call with any questions and have been responded to quickly. I have high expectations and low tolerance for poor service and I would hands down recommend Phelps over any of the previous companies we have had.

The customer service at Phelps is wonderful. They have gone out of their way to help when we order shirts for our school. They really want to make sure the customer is happy and will do whatever they can. The products are great quality and the screen prints last.

Phelps is always fantastic to do business with! They make my job in HR so much easier in terms of making sure our employees have their uniforms quickly and look great (at a great price). Their employees go above and beyond to make sure our orders are correct and delivered quickly. Our weekly route delivery driver, Rick is phenomenal!!!

Our office worked with Brook at Phelps and she did a phenomenal job. We were concerned with our company logo details being bunched up on fabric but Brook had a sample prepared for us before we ordered and we were very pleased with the outcome. Brook was very helpful with our crazy requests, she knew exactly what we wanted, very prompt, knowledgeable and always so pleasant . Prices are great too with high quality apparel. Thanks Phelps and especially loved working with Brook.
