I picked up a nail on my way to work. I knew that I would have a flat tire by the end of the day so I knew I had to get it fixed. By chance and opportunity I drove to the Toyota of Muscatine service department.nnI am amazed by how easy they made getting my new tire. Right away the service manager greeted me and we could both tell that the nail was too close to the side wall to be patched. His expert parts person found me a tire and gave me a discount up front!!!nnThen I heard we will take care of it and had already arranged a shuttle to take me too work. When it was done I got a phone call and they sent a shuttle to pick me up at the end of my work day.nnI am definitely going back because they were up front about my problem, they had the parts to fix it, they showed value in what they were selling, they offered me the chance to save money, they were quick, kind, and efficient.nnSemper Fi Toyota of Muscatine!!!

My sister and I went in to trade out my old car because I was getting tired of it shutting down constantly and ain’t dealing repairing it constantly as well. Frank Cruz showed us selections of more new couple of years cars. He was fast and friendly for us and an hilarious and amazing guy.

The staff is all friendly but not in a phony, overbearing way. They are very professional and not at all pushy. I don't ever look forward for shopping for major items, especially cars, but they made the experience pleasant and efficient.

Adam Meade is a rock solid Service Manager! Hats off to him and his team for proactively finding my issue before my warranty expired possibly causing me a large expenditure. Adam did a great job accommodating my vehicle needs during the repair as well as keep me informed during the process. In a industry plagued by integrity issues it was nice to have such a favorable and honest experience. Keep up the great work Adam, and Toyota of Muscatine!

I was in late last week, just to browse and see what's available. I don't remember the salesman's name, but I do remember that he wasn't what you would normally expect from a car salesman. He was friendly, informative, and didn't try to push me in some vehicle just to make a buck. I didn't drive away in a new Toyota, but then again, I was just perusing. I'll absolutely be back - best no-pressure sales experience I've had!
