I was told by this attorney, John Pabst, That my hearing will be conducted over the phone. At the last minute I am being contacted by his office to state I need to be in person. However I was in Des Moines with my sister and mercy hospital trying to recover from COVID-19. Instead of this attorney saying that he made a mistake telling me that it was over the phone, Which I had a plan to attend since I was in Des Moines I could do it over the phone. But because of his mistake the court decided against me for not Appearing in person. Because of no fault of my own I was given a decision against me for not being there. I now see that John has but one star, I should’ve known. He was recommended through Hyatt legal systems. I would warn anyone to stay away from this law firm.
