Wonderful experience today prom dress shopping with my daughter. Walked in not sure even what color everyone was so nice and helpful. Daughter picked her prom dress I had extra questions that were answered thoughtfully. My daughters ears are not pierced and 2 ladies looked for clip on that would work though there wasn't a pair her particular style it was that extra mile. Did not feel pressured to purchase dress or anything extra after choosing the dress which in my opinion speaks volumes! It was so busy today and it seemed to me each person was getting assistance. Very comfortable setting
Number one says pretty good. Granddaughter number two says it was great and I got my dress. Grandmother one says fabulous. Grandmother to says amazing.
Avoid, shop elsewhere. Poor measurements. Take it or leave it attitude. Bridal Theater's lack of intelligence leads to blaming own customers or blaming supplier. Unprofessional and upsetting when it is supposed to be happy and joyful momments.
