Pizza Hut

I ordered a pizza at 9:42 pm and it was supposed to be delivered by 10:07, my order was then never delivered and got no phone call or anything to even tell me they where canceling my order when I had already paid for my food along with a tip. Absolutely terrible customer service. I called to find out they closed at 10 and descided to not finish doing their deliveries as no one answered the phone. So i decided to drive up to the store to see if anyone was there at 10:45 to see what was going on with my order. Of course to my luck the building was black with no cars in the parking lot. I've had alot of issues in the past with this location, i wish I could order from a better location in town but unfortunately you are unable to do so. It truelly is sad that this store can not get their things together and take care of the customer. I guess I'm going to have to start ordering a pick up from a different location from now on since this location has failed me on multiple occasions, the last failure it took about 2 hours for me to get a cold pizza from them. Atleast on that occasion I was able to choke down my bairly edible pizza. This time I had to just imagine I was eating my food as it didn't exist.

I ordered food online for delivery, almost 2 hours later and still nothing. I then called to ask how much longer it would take. They told me they only have 5 drivers and that would be atleast another 45 minutes. They said if I were to come pick it up, it would be ready once I got there. I had to wait another 30 minutes once I got there to finally get our pizzas.

Very good! Very quick! Still thinking best pizza in town!

Ordered at 445 just said out for delivery at 630 only was supposed to me 30 mins max tried calling on hold 40 min then hung up on me asked to hold 4 different times it finally arrived at 640 but the order was only warm almost cold

If no stars was an option, that would be my choice. I usually have a 50/50 chance that my order will be correct. Had people over, and thought I would chance it. WRONG CHOICE. I ordered online. I was delivered a partial wrong order, again. I called, was placed on a 10 1/2 minute hold. I decided to stay on hold and call from another number, got right through, only to be hung up on once I told them why I was calling. Thankfully I had not hung up my original call. I understand being busy, but I said I had a complaint and they HUNG UP. Finally got through to the shift manager, was told I could get a partial refund (per my request) by calling the next day to speak to the store manager Dennis. He immediately put me on hold when I told him my reason for calling. I tried to explain the issue, he cuts me off to tell me I was wrong. Tells me what they have on their end was correct. I said I have a screenshot with date, time, order, name etc, on it, and he cuts me off again to tell me he could send me a screen shot of what they have. HOW DOES THIS HELP? He explained there was no partial refund to give, and that I would have to call the online customer service number. He told me I had to look online and refused, REFUSED to give it to me. IT'S THE SAME PHONE NUMBER!!! I admit, I lost my cool and got an attitude, but it was no where near the attitude I got from the beginning. I contacted another location, confirmed the phone number for customer service, explained my issues and they agreed and said they have heard NUMEROUS complaints about Dennis and his staff. Thing is, I used the same online ordering, ordered the same exact order for my dad minutes before mine, and that location got it right. I used to work for this company and have never seen this behavior. I will be calling, I will be requesting a full refund and requesting the Store Manger to be written up. As a manager, this is not how I would treat my customers. But hey, it's not their business, they just work there.
