I love Jimmy John’s but wish there was a different one that delivered to my work because this one has NEVER got my order right and I’ve given them multiple opportunities! The first couple times it was forgetting chips or ranch that I paid for, the last time I asked for extra Mayo and they gave me no Mayo, this time I got an unwich and they put a ton of onions on it when I said no onions and asked for shredded lettuce which it didn’t have any on there. I appreciate the $5 credit you guys give me every time but it would be nice to eat what I actually ordered. Train your staff.

For being only one in drive thru they were freaky slow not freaky fast. Food was normal for them nothing outstanding.

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW..... Nothing Fast or Freaky here at all! Been sitting in the drive thru for over 15 min. now....if I wasn't trapped, I'd leave!!!

I ordered two meals from here usually their great it usually takes 10 minutes at the most to get here but the last time i ordered by a half hour i called to ask where they were they said they were out of bread and making more ok i understand but in my opinion they should have told us when we called that it was gonna be awhile till they had our food so then after 2 hours they finally came but drove by our house 3 times then finally came and forgot our chips in the car so they had to go back and get our chips and they didnt even give us anything for our 2 hour wait i think we will be taking a break from jimmy johns for awhile.

Just received my delivery order and my sandwich is missing half the ingredients. Usually they are better than this, disappointed.
