For those of us that used to go to the habitat restore in the old southwards mall when Jennifer ran it and before another individual stepped in can recall going to the restore on a weekly or even daily basis it was the best. Then he stepped in and ruined everything started charging ridiculous prices sometimes equivalent to or even more than the items were brand new and making it a place to no longer visit. Do not know his name but after habitat left he went to work at the salvation army in bellevue and he is doing the exact same thing again. I'm pretty certain the church does not tell him to overcharge which leaves me wondering why would a person blatantly overcharge the public for free items they received? Must be something in it for them is all I can guess
Torn between 2 and 4 stars. 2 stars for the pricing, a little high priced for used items and clothing but will give 4 stars for the how they reorganized and cleaned up the store. It's a lot more open now.
How incredibly sad that these prices are so high for a place that is intended for the needy. $12 for Walmart shoes? $4 for a baby shirt? $7 for a small cooking pot! These weren’t even name brand items..people come here for a good deal or because they can’t afford new. Don’t give this place your money.
This store has greatly improved from a year ago. Find some good stuff, and good deals.
The place looks almost empty...and the prices are absolutely asinine!!! You can literally get stuff cheaper at the Mall! This store used to be a favorite of mine...but I promise you that I will never step foot in there again!! I can't even give it any stars because it rates that low now! The one it's given is only because you have to!
