Wanted to buy $15 in fuel. The pump did not reset. Asked the clerk inside for help and was told they could not do anything on their side. Said the pump had nothing on it. Thanks Kwik Shop for ripping me off. The first time I could accept. The second time is unacceptable! Will not bother to give you business again.
I like the store and employees are awesome. Give that Kirsten a raise cuz she's the nicest and I always see her busting her butt to get things done and customers served. The district store manager June I believe needs to learn some matters though. She very rude to her employees and doesn't pay much attention to those who are actually working. Time for her to kick rocks.
Love this Kwik Shop because it is so close and the staff is always so polite. Valerie, Travis, and Brandon are always happy to be at work. Clean facility too and decent pricing.
At 7:40am on a Saturday the trash outside was over flowing, the store was dirty, the coffee area was under stocked. At a time of a pandemic I didn’t feel “safe” like anything was ever wiped down. Whatever ...it was a unkept store like no one cared.
