This was the best experience I have ever had a car dealership. Every other dealership I would go to wouldn’t give me the time of day and said I couldn’t get into the car I wanted. Patrick was great with being so welcoming and making me feel like family AND finding me my perfect car. The finance team also really made it happen for me at a price I could afford and I couldn’t thank everyone enough. I can’t wait to bring my mom in for her next car and my brother for his first car!! I highly recommend them!
My experience with you guys was great! I have worked with other Chevrolet dealerships in the area, and this go around was hands down the best! I probably would not have pulled the trigger on my new truck if it wasn't for Bill Merrill! He was very down to earth, and personable! Bill was not going to let me go until I was 100% happy with my purchase, even if that required others to put in double time for me. Thank you guys again, it's a beautiful truck!
10/10 - Pat was super-friendly, and helped me find a truck that fit what I was looking for (was even willing to make a 2-hour round trip, to bring one of them over, from their Lincoln dealership, so I could test drive it). Their finance team is friendly and will work with you to make purchasing a vehicle as pain free, as possible. For lightly used vehicles, they have some awesome warranty and care options, which are well worth the extra cost.
Very polite staff. Very courteous. I made an appointment for the same day. I was greeted promptly. I was offered a few products. Bottom line I was taken care of and so was my vehicle. I'm happy with these people. Why go anywhere else?
I was at Gregg Young Chevrolet in Plattsmouth on 08/22/2020 for an oil change and tire rotation. The service from the staff was great. There was a little wait because they were backed up, however the staff was polite and my vehicle was taken care of. The waiting area was nice and clean with plenty of chairs and spacious. I would recommend Gregg young to anyone needing a car or service for your car.
