First time going to a gym and they are friendly. But I didn't know really where to start. But the 30min workout was a great place to start for me. They are doing a good job of keeping it clean
First day coming to the Marshalltown planet fitness and Kristine the assistant manager made sure my experience was great by showing me around and had great customer service. This gym is very clean and the equipment worked great. Keep up the great work!
Always greeted very friendly, always clean. I must say Kristine has been the most help & very welcoming. She makes you feel in a safe & happy environment. Will always be taking my services to Planet Fitness.
It's only my second day but so far I am enjoying it. I love the meter that let's me know how busy they are. I feel comfortable and at ease when I go, usually in a situation like that I'm very anxious. I am starting to get more and more excited to go!!!
The assistant manager I believe Kristine? Anyways she is super friendly, went OVER the top for me and my friend making sure we knew all we needed to know, and made sure we had every resource possible to keep it up, and not quit. Her customer service is A1 and she is great!
