Extremely poor customer service. I was in town a couple weeks ago passing through and decided to check the shop out. I was followed around like a criminal and made to feel very uncomfortable, maybe they’re not used to having Hispanics in the store. I decided to leave and the lady working there stopped me and said “so you just wanted to look around and not buy anything huh?” Told her if they had anything worth buying I would have. She then proceeded to tell me “you probably couldn’t afford anything here anyways.” Definitely will never be back.
The staff where very helpful and friendly. They were very knowledgeable on what they carry and both the guy and girl yesterday even told me about the other locations in Iowa and Illinois. Definitely will be a new store I visit from time to time when I'm in town. Great quality kratom. A little pricey compared to buying online but u cant complain about the quality great.
Didn’t have what I was looking for. Plus their grinders are ridiculously overpriced. Can get the same grinder at any other smoke shop for less than half you can buy it for here. Won’t be back. Service wasn’t great either.
