If I could,I would rate my experience a zero. The three young teenagers working had an attitude and where not doing there jobs'.They seemed as if they had no idea what they were doing.When I got my order rung up they didn't know how to charge so they charged the drink into two different categories. I had to pay three extra dollars for a drink that was already on the menu.nnWhen I asked kindly for light ice in the drink and they lady messed up,s instead of apologizing and giving me the drink for free and making a new one she angerly dumped it in the sink right in front of me.She also seemed as if she had gotten upset and mad and made the drink with an attitude. After all that the outcome of the drink was very bitter and sour and not made right.I am very disappointed with the customer service and job working skills.It was the lack of problem solving skills for me. I expected a nice quality experience and time there but there was tension and disrespect.I do not recommend you going here. The workers are very disrespectful and act quite carelessly.It is mostly the younger workers that don't treat you well.

The baristas seemed to be under a lot of stress when I came in as they were in the middle of remodeling but maintained a smile and positive attitude through the whole interaction. My drink took a little longer than usual because they were training new baristas but they apologized and made conversation with me the whole time which felt very welcoming. Highly recommend this Starbucks!!

Two days in a row at this Starbucks and they are fast friendly and very accurate. Good place to get your caffeine intake.

Starbucks in Hy-Vee Marshaltown. Barista went the extra mile to heat up additional milk to fill my drink when I did not order whip cream on my mocha. I appreciate it ❤ufe0f☕. Thank you
