They now have a parking lot attendant, first off he had no identification stating he was part of Wells Fargo. Second he did not have the proper demeanor to approach someone that he had never met before. If he by chance had approached my younger sister like had did myself, one could have taken it as a possible abduction. I do not want to stereotype by no means but he did not look like someone I would trust. This is can be dangerous, in the world we are faced with today these encounters happen more and more. Without any identification I had no idea who was coming towards me or my loved ones and could have gone a different way. I suggest that they place a tent or some fixture that the parking lot attendee can be at. This would lessen the chance to have a random man walking up on people. I understand that it is Wells Fargo's Lot but after all of the privacy beaches and false accounts they have opened in their clients names the least that they can do it let me park half a block a way in a spot. Thank you for your time.

First of all, the ladies working the drive-thru are wonderful every time I go through, but the tellers inside I cannot say that about. One teller made fun of my husband when we went in to open his first bank account, saying he needed to grow up and start being an adult by getting an account. I was so disgusted with her talking down to him that we left and went to the Wells Fargo on the other side of town to open his account. We informed them of the teller's rude comments and gave them her name so something could be done and so she wouldn't be allowed to speak to other potential customers that way. Her behavior makes me want to give them 0 stars, but the tellers in the drive-thru are just so nice and great at their jobs that I want to give them 5 stars, so I settled on giving 3 stars.

If I could possibly write a negative Stars I would. Extremely unhelpful and near rude at inside counter, and was told to try outside at the ATM... have closed all accounts that had any dealings with Wells Fargo including Investments, and will never be back. If you want to feel like you are completely unwelcome in letting them use your money, this is your bank. Otherwise, you should go elsewhere.
