Craig and Rob in the service department are top notch.nI took my beloved but abused Honda Element in for much needed service.nLong story short due to a couple of hangups the repairs took longer than anticipated.nThey had given me a very nice loaner car from the start so I was good to go.nIn total service fashion, Rob discounted my bill by a nice amount for the delay.nI wasn't even asking for it.
