My family has purchased 3 vehicles from Brian VandeLune. It has truly been a joy instead of a trial. He is organized and thorough and most importantly, he has great people skills. My 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from Brian VandeLune at Ulrich Ford. Have had great experiences with him both times. He gave me great advice on vehicle reliability and helped me with my choice. He really cares about the people he sells vehicles too. Only less than positive experience I have had was with a sales manager, Steve Akers. He became quite rude during negotiations. But nonetheless, I would recommend Ulrich Ford and especially Brian to anyone.
