I have dealt with Rick in the service center and Matt in the body shop. They were both very professional and personable! They worked with my schedule to make everything go smoothly and they explained what was gonna happen. I haven't looked anywhere else for a mechanic or body shop since!! I have recommended them to family and friends and I'd recommend it to anyone needing any work done!
I came into motor inn for an oil change like I always do ,they did a great job with that service.But when I went to sales and put my application they never got back with me .I had to call them to see what was going on .My sales guy Steve said they were the best in the business ,I definitely call bs on that aspect.I got ahold of Ulrich in Pella Iowa and got approved on multiple suv choices and ended up with a fully loaded suv .You guys lost a customer and if you guys are the best in the business you really should work on it.
Just purchased another vehicle from Motor Inn of Knoxville. Have all maintenance done there also. Always pleased with service.
Nice staff, pretty good selection for small town dealership
We've been going there for years and we have always been treated with fairness and respect ! The service department staff is great and they inform when extra repairs are needed and what they will cost. Rex Demoss the dealership manager is great to talk to and will go out of his way to try and get what you what you need.
