Just went in to service my 2012 focus with over 108000mi and has not given any trouble. They have a nice waiting room with hot coffee and a TV. Friendly staff ready to answer questions. I had a cargo liner installed for my Jeep Cherokee. Clean and fresh atmosphere, friendly smiles and greeted by everyone I came in contact with. They were courteous, professional and respectful. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you Kraig Ford and employees.
I went to Kraig Ford to get a new key fob. It was down right wrong!!! They made me wait for three or four hours before anything was done. I complained about it. They reduced the price and gave me a free oil change for my trouble.

In and out! Quick service and the staff was very friendly! Had a nice service waiting area. Went in for a recall and they were more than happy to do the repair even tho my car wasnt purchased there originally!! Provided me with the recall repair slip for my records.
