I’ve had Chariton Ford take care of my elderly aunt and uncle’s car in the last 3-4 months. Both times my request was handled with care and professionalism . The service was completed in a timely fashion and the price for service was extremely fair. Every dealership person I spoke with was quick and efficient. Can’t say enough good about my experience! Highly recommend for a new car these guys are great
Also would give no stars if i could. This is a small town they had my vehicle for a month and never brought it inside once and probably never locked the doors either. They tried what a locksmith from Des Moines did in an hour. Simple fix. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone which is sad in our small town.
