Gene was incredible. He took a tremendous amount of time with us to ensure we were able to get the vehicle we wanted. In addition, he was in constant communication with us throughout the whole process. This dealership is not high pressure. Everyone was very nice to work with from the sales team to finance. I will absolutely go back again and recommend friends.

Our repair work involved two visits. First the diagnostics which took about 30 minutes. My wife and I spent that time in their hospitality room having coffee and watching TV. They advised us of the issue, and the solution which required a second visit. They worked around our schedule and provide a secure key-drop so we could make the car available to them first thing in the AM. They were totally prepared, had parts on hand, and called me before 10:00 AM to pick up my vehicle. All around good service, professional and courteous.

My entire car buying experience with Junge in Center Point was outstanding. I started online and reached out to check availability and ask some questions. We set up an appointment. Levi our sales rep, was the best, explained the features, and demo’d some features we didn’t know about. Levi was great to deal with, as we arrived on a price that worked. His communication was excellent. In the end, the whole staff was great, and made my buying experience one of the best. Junge Center Point was that small town buying experience I was looking for. I would buy again, and I highly recommend.

Service department seems very nice, staff were friendly. However I felt like they did not take my concern seriously. Admitted that tires were wearing unusual, but then stated that nothing was wrong. This would be a warranty issue as the truck only had 6000 miles on it. Think ram is telling these dealers to tell customers that nothing is wrong, when they know they have a issue with the new rams!

We found the car we were looking for and had a good experience with the purchase process. The salesperson was helpful, the sales manager kept us informed and the business manager was very thorough in completing the transaction. We feel we got a fair deal on a good used car.
