Jimmy John's is one of our favorite new places to go. The sandwiches are delicious and every one of the staff have been friendly and very professional. We have been to 4 different shops. All have been top notch.
We enjoy their sandwiches but we won't be going back because the drive thru person on the last visit wasn't wearing a mask. They obviously don't care about their customers, keeping them safe during this pandemic.
So today the gal who waited on us was not with it, did not wear gloves and there was hardly anything on our sandwiches. Our visit today totally sucked.
Always fast. Good food and not junk meat like other places. Would give a five but generally they forget to cut sandwiches in half. Would recommend . Fair price .good quality food. Taste is very good. Highly recommend .
Very disapppointed in the service. I've always had good service until tonight. First sandwich for my son was made wrong. Came back to return it for correct one. Came home to eat to my sandwich and found multiple tiny hairs in sandwich and on the wrapped. Needless to say, I will not be back.
