You really can get in a great workout anytime.
Aerial is fantastic at Anytime Fitness. I would give 10 stars if possible.
Really like this gym. It's a little small but has everything you need. Best part is, its never really busy and you can always get the machine/weights you want. They have laundry units in the building so you don't have to bring your own towel which is great.
Love this gym! I love that they have a few different rooms so it seems less intimidating than some big open gyms. Also, love the location, very convenient for those who don't live on the Grand Forks side.
