I enjoyed the Subaru online resources to decide in advance the features I wanted for the new Forester. With notes in hand, I met Trent who worked very well on my behalf to locate a car that had most everything I wanted . He promised the car would arrive by a certain date and he was right! The day of pick-up was pleasant, non-rushed and Trent was thorough in the presentation of all features. He even set up the My Subaru app for me so I could begin using it right away! I will see Samantha this week to review the technology features. Thank you, Trent and Dave Wright Subaru.

I just purchased a 2020 Subaru WRX from Dave Wright Subaru about a month ago. My salesman, Jacob Peters, went above and beyond by finding the exact car and color I wanted from another Subaru Dealership in Wisconsin and having it delivered to Dave Wright Subaru. I would certainly recommend this Dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Their after sale service has also been exceptional.

I was disappointed today when I visited Dave Wright Subaru.nWhen I arrived for my service call I thought this will be fine. As I walked in everyone had on mask in the service dept. They had a good set up. But that secure feeling left fast. Employees without mask kept going by. Closely almost brushing me. I asked if there was somewhere I could sit outside. Not an option.nI braved the waiting room. First glance. I thought ok. Seating was well spread out. But the same thing happened. Employees without mask kept walking by within 6” sometimes. They did not need to. I noticed a few of the males giving me smug looks as I wore my mask. I was wishing I had my new mask with filters I have ordered.nThe service people I dealt with were great! At least 50% of the sales...were not.nI guess they don’t care much about their customers after a car is purchased.nI was disappointed in how little Subaru is doing to protect their customers.nI wore a mask the entire 2 hours I was there. I think the staff should too in public spaces.

Huge respect to the entire staff at Dave Wright. Joe Vogt not only helped me and my wife find the best Car ever, he as well detailed it for us because the detail department was booked up. The entire staff went far beyond the call of duty. Amazing customer service. Great products and great prices.

Very disappointed. A high percentage of the sales staff did not wear masks. You make them wear shirts with logos. You can make them wear masks. They were also not practicing social distancing. For an oil change it took an hour and a half. We have bought 3 cars from Dave Wright. Have some respect for customers please.
