I'm very disappointed for all services a got from Toyota from now. I have a serious transmission issue today with my Camry, the same day I had done my oil change, unbelievable!!! Never I didn't receive any advertising or notification to check my transmission. They confirmed always that everything is ok with my car. Surprisingly I do my oil change on morning and have a transmission issue afternoon of the same day. I lost my car because I trusted too much Toyota, I never had any bad experience like this. I have lost my car 105 miles from my house. That was a bad nightmare

I purchased my car at this dealership and had my car serviced there for years. Although I knew I was paying more to have my car serviced here as compared to taking it to an independent mechanic, I was generally pleased with the service. However, I recently made an appointment a couple weeks in advance to have a part replaced, and when I showed up early that morning for the appointment, they told me they did not have the part. It was not the end of the world, but I really had to go out of my way that day to make that early appointment. I contacted them (twice) about possibly rectifying the situation; however, they ignored my requests. It is one thing to not be able to resolve the problem, but it is another thing altogether to refuse to acknowledge the issue and not respond to customers. I will never return to this dealership.

I went through the KBB process to sell my old vehicle. Alan, John, and Kim were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process.They made it as efficient a process as possible, even after dealing with the effects of the derecho. Alan made sure to stay in touch to inform me of the details, John worked to ensure the sale went seamlessly, and Kim was incredible when it came to sorting out the title details. I had such a wonderful experience and will be looking to purchase through this dealership when I need to purchase my next car!
