I’ve had multiple poor experiences here, HOWEVER my latest experience was a good one and I want to recognize Adam Barksdale who helped me. I was probably brutally honest with the fact that I was not fond of McGrath but local options were limited for what I wanted. I hope this trend continues through the life of my car and I’ll consider going back for my next one. Thanks Adam

What a great buying experience. Morgan was extremely helpful and professional from the get go. He worked with us to come up with the best price around. We traveled 160 miles(one way) to purchase our new 2021 Sportage at McGrath. We have dealers closer, but we could not find this kind of service and customer care!nWell done McGrath team!

This trip went from a good start to a terrible finish. Viewed a car and was going to get my car appraised, but had to leave and come back which, I was told was fine. We came back and waited over an hour for Tristan (Manager) to speak with us. He was unavailable the entire time due to being on a phone call, as a manger myself I understand being busy, but making someone wait over an hour is unacceptable. We could not go forward until we spoke to him, so we were stuck waiting for information only he knew. We were also informed that the car and trim level I picked was to much to finance for me, and I should look at lower trim packages. We ended up leaving to which Tristan seemed uninterested in a potential sale walking out the door. As a person who is very financially stable and wants to lease/purchase a car, it is very unlikely I will ever spend my money here.nnThe only positive thing I'll say is that Thomas Gates was amazing! He was knowledgeable and informative and a pleasure to work with. He tried his best to get the manager to talk to us and we appreciated it.

This process was very stressful for me but everyone here was very patient and kind and worked really hard to make it happen as smoothly as possible. My salesman Connor deserves a 5 star rating on his own. He works so hard and is one of the nicest and down to earth people I've ever met. I'm really happy with the outcome and I freaking love my Forte :)
