I had the pleasure of working with Kelly! He is super nice and I never felt like I had to haggle. It was a fun, easy experience. This was the very first car I ever bought on my own, without a husband, and Kelly made it a great experience!nAlso Byron from finance was great to work with as well. Very upfront about everything!! I am super happy!!

I had a great, no pressure experience with Bret, Andrew, Tammy and the team. I found a car I wanted online and connected with Bret, who invited me for a test drive. No upsell pressure. He didn't try to talk me into a lease for a car I didn't want (cough...Billion...cough). No gimmicks. Easy transaction with friendly people. I appreciated their honest and flexibility, too. I made my decision on a Friday and picked my vehicle up on a Monday afternoon. I would work with this team again.nnUPDATE: More than two years later and Junge helped me with a very faulty battery installed elsewhere. I was late for my appointment because of the battery, and they still got me in, checked it over, and replaced it by the end of the day. Thank you Matt, Mike, and team for your fantastic help. You're the best in town.

Everyone that I dealt with was very professional and friendly. Anne answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly. They made me feel very relaxed and knowledgeable about my new car. I will admit I was a bit nervous about all the new technology but Thomas made sure I knew about all the features and how to operate them. Byron made us feel at ease and helped figure out the final numbers. He made sure we understood warranties and our options. Never once did we feel any pressure from anyone. It was simply the best car buying experience we have ever had. I highly recommend them.

Kate and I really enjoyed our truck purchasing experience at Junge in North Liberty, Ia. Our sales consultant, Rhett Butler, listened closely to the description of the vehicle we wanted to buy and answered all our questions completely. Lloyd Kimber, the sales manager, did an excellent job working with Rhett to find the exact vehicle we wanted. Closing on the purchase went smoothly without any surprises.
