Been trying to schedule my BMW recall with the service department. I've now called four (4) times over the past two weeks and lefts my contact information and no call back. They always tell me the person scheduling the recalls is either out of the office or his phone is not working.nWish I did not need to relay on this business (McGrath) I'm not impressed and will look elsewhere if I ever need service by choice.
