Called them looking for a part. They had it plus had other parts I needed at a reasonable price. Staff was knowledgeable and professional.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! My family and I were greeted by kind staff and worked with Riley who, was gracious enough to work with us on his day off. He showed us all the campers that he figured would fit our needs best. He was patient with all of our questions and was able to answer them or find the answer to them. Everyone we talked with was kind and all the friendly staff made for a great experience!

Will never give Kettleson RV any business again BEWARE future customers! Long story but short version is we took a 2016 camper that we had just purchased in for total service just before the Derecho hit Iowa this summer. When I called in to see if the service etc. was completed I was told that our camper had been damaged in the Derecho and the damage was totally our responsibility because of the type of insurance Kettleson's carry. I told the service rep that I wanted to talk to the General Manager when I came in to pick up the camper because I felt it was at least partially their responsibility. When I showed up to pick up the camper I was then told that the damage wasn't due to the Derecho but that one of the employees working on my camper had shut the awning on the door and both of these items were damaged (Miscommunication or outright lie?). The service rep then told me it would take awhile to get the door and awning parts in and I would have to bring the camper back in AND that the awning light needed a part as well that wasn't part of the Derecho damage but not to worry because Kettlesons would fix the light for free since my camping property is in Tama County and it would be a hassle for us to come back. So a couple of weeks ago I brought the camper back in to get it winterized and have the damaged awning and door replaced but told by the Service Manager that I would have to now pay for the light and that they would not honor their previous offer to make the situation right. It's only $150 but this says a lot about this company's honor and what they do or don't stand for. I told the manager to fix the light and we will pay for it but will never step foot on their property again.

Good people to work with. Very helpful in answering questions prior to our purchase. We will be back.
