Always made a special trip along with many others just for the oven baked pasta. They have decided to get rid of it. Wont be back, will find another Happy Joe's that still offers a full menu.
I ordered online. I set it for delivery. Called twice to let them know I would be picking it up. Got there and it was on a delivery. So without my consent the guy who said he was a manager cancelled my order. I never asked him to cancel the order. I just said they need to get it together and that this would be my last time ordering there. Very poor service. No one knew what was going on. The gal at register went around asking everyone if they took my call. I even had to prove what number I dialed. Very poor service. Give it a 0 rating.
I ordered a taco pizza for carryout tonight, as I live 2 hrs away. Normally you have the best taco pizza, but this was over cooked and just horrible. So disappointed.
I love this pizza! They have great customer service.
Rarely have I felt the need to ever rate a chain restaurant, but both times I've ordered from this pizza place have been excellent. The front desk has been extremely nice, the delivery driver has been quick and friendly, and the food has been delicious on multiple occasions. Will for sure be ordering from this Happy Joe's again!
