I'm a regular here and have been there in slow and fast times. The crew is always welcoming and friendly! I've noticed in busy times they're doing everything they can to keep customers happy and get the sandwiches out on time. They're hard workers but show that they make a good team. There's always good communication for putting orders together, what goes on the sandwiches, and what other tasks need done in the store. They always put the customer first. The masks can make it a little difficult to hear, but they're patient and take the time to understand what you're wanting, even if everything around them is crazy busy. Love that.
Honestly wasn't up to par with my usual Jimmy johns experience. I got a Cubano and it was drowned in mayonnaise my first bite a glob that could have been enough for 2 sandwiches came out the end of it then I wiped more off. My Girlfriend's hada bunch of extra onion on one end. I will eat Jimmy johns again but maybe not that one...
Went here for the day old bread for 50 cents. Sweet deal. Then I signed up for rewards and instantly got a free sub. Also try the spicy ranch sauce, great for dipping. Sssoooooo good.
The kids working there were really nice and polite.
