When my mom passed 6 years ago it left my dad alone. With health issues of his own we felt we needed to look into protecting some of his assets. Michelle was recommended to us and we couldn’t be happier. Michelle and the staff really made my dad feel comfortable in the Estate planning. This is a difficult thing for someone to go through and both my dad and I are extremely glad to have had this process explained and cared about in such a caring professional manner

I'm a long time client of Phyllis Pearson. When she retired, Matt Bollman became my attorney. He recently updated my will for me. I was very pleased with the services I received from Mr. Bollman and his paralegal team.nnThis firm was very helpful several years ago when they represented my mother in applying for long term care benefits through the VA and estate planning so she would qualify for Medicaid benefits for nursing home care in the future if needed. I believe elder law is one of their specialties and it is very important to seek legal help when planning for future long term care needs for yourself or a relative. I recently worked with Attorney Chad Eichorn to guide me in my Estate Planning. I first attended a seminar presented by Chad. He had been highly recommended by a good friend. I was able to make an appointment with him at the conclusion of the presentation. I first completed a personal information questionnaire, and met him at his office in West Des Moines. During this meeting everything was gathered to prepare my Will, Power of Attorney, Living Will, and Medical Power of Attorney. We met a second time for review of documents and for my signature. The entire staff was very efficient, helpful, and welcoming. All my documents were contained nicely in a binder I now have to guide my family upon my inability to make important decisions or upon my death. Thank you to you, Chad and to your staff, for making this process such a good one, and one that brings peace and comfort.
