At first I loved the job the lady had done on my hair. It was when I went to go get my hair done again at a different salon where I found out that the lady who did my hair before had cut a section of my hair way to short and instead of telling me, she decided to cover it up by brushing my hair to the side. This is very unprofessional and I will not be going to one of your facilities again. You should have just owned up to it and said something to me. Very disappointing.
Nicole is amazing! She used to work at Eagle Ridge and I followed her to BF. So I'm about 3 shades more tan than I've ever been, and the color I have been getting for quite a while wasn't looking right. She was able to interpret from what I was saying that we should do a root shadow + balayage + cool toner. It looks so amazing now! I was scared to change but I can trust her!
I've had a lot of bad hair cuts, but those days are over! My stylist keeps notes on how I like my hair cut and the style can be repeated if I'm traveling. Always a good experience and reasonably priced. Seriously, come give them a try, you won't regret it.
I really prefer cost cutters to Great Clips - they always give my kids exactly what I ask!
