Puddle Jumpers is a quality Children's Consignment Boutique as well as an asset to the community. It's new owner and staff offer safe shopping with masks, hand sanitizer and customer capacity restrictions.nCheck it out for yourself! You won't be disappointed!

Loved this store. Very disappointed to see no masking by employees or customers, no sanitizer, no capacity limits. This creates an unsafe shopping environment for everyone, and especially for pregnant women and others at increased COVID risk (like grandparents). It ignores public health guidelines and demonstrates that owners/management do not take all proper precautions. Asking shoppers to come in at a different time to shop if they want a “private” experience is not adequate if staff do not regularly wear masks and if unmasked shoppers are in and out the rest of the day. This virus is air born, and Eastern Iowa is seeing an incredible spike in cases/hospitalizations. This is not the time to fail to protect your shoppers and staff. It is disrespectful to healthcare workers to continue on like this and unfortunately means many of us who would otherwise shop here will not. Such a bummer.

I took my daughters there to shop for Maternity clothes and children’s clothes. My daughter bought a sweatshirt and while I was checking out, she noticed a rip in the seam on the item she bought. My daughter asked me if I could fix it, and I turned to the lady at the register and asked her if we could return it. She rudely replied “no”. Without an apology or a kind explanation. I completely understand the no return policy and it was clearly marked but the way we were treated after we ALL bought things was not good. I replied to her with “I guess we won’t be coming back”.

The items were very organized which made it so easy to find what I was looking for. Everything was in great condition and I found several brand name clothes. I also liked that the racks weren't crammed tight with clothes.
