Brought my Subaru in for a check engine light scan. The error code had something to do with cylinder miss fire. They suggested to replace the plugs and wires, after all they had gone nearly 200,000 miles. After paying for the repair, unsurprisingly my car was running much better. The surprisingly thing was later that day, Braaten's called back and told me while they were double checking their paper work and they noticed they had charged me for six spark plugs. But my Subaru only has four. So they wanted to refund my money back. If that isn't a honest mechanic..........

Helped me get back on the road quickly after replacing the rear brake lines on my VW Eurovan (not an easy vehicle to work on). They did a great job and great service!

As usual I received 5 star service from Braaten's.I know I will be treated right when we do business which is hard to find with auto repair shops. Braaten's is the best in the Grand cities area and the best I have ever delt with across 6 states. I will continue to only do business with this team of professionals for all my families vehicles.

I've had multiple good experiences with Braaten's. They have always been reasonably priced, fast, and they have never tried to push fixes or repairs that I did not need.
