It really is a five-star experience! I was moving and needed a place to hold my stuff for just a few months, and Renee was so unbelievably accommodating! The entire staff were great, the units were spacious, clean, and temperature-controlled. We had the use of dollies and trailers if we needed them. They also offered a great entry rate which helped me out a lot. The unit I rented was conveniently located RIGHT next to Cardinal Point where I had been staying, so we couldn't have asked for more. I would recommend to anyone!
I’ve rented with Five Star Storage for three years and they never disappoint! Every year I need to put my college belongings in storage because I am away for the summer. Whenever I rent they always provide amazing and professional service. They are very friendly, and I always feel safe keeping my belongings with them. Thank you Five Star Storage!

It's Five Star Storage, duh! ud83dude04 Honestly, the lady I spoke with on the phone & Arlin, in person, were very friendly & helpful. Their rates are very good. They have heated units inside a warehouse (that dont cost much more than the outside units.) The whole facility is modern & clean. Payments are always month to month, so there's no long contracts. They've made making payments super convenient. And a small bonus... the Gateway facility was higher elevation than the 1997 flood!
