Great place to rent, everything stayed dry. Was charged rent after moving out but owner immediately rectified the situation. Would definitely recommend!
Great storage facility, owner is very friendly and accommodating. Clean units and easy access!
Worst company to rent from. And all your stuff will be ruined in the spring when all the units flood. Youll be charged even after you move out. The owner will jerk you around saying they sent a refund 29 days after the original contact and nothing.17 days since the 2nd contact. 9 days since the 3rd contact. Then claiming it was sent to a different address then the one i provided and the one attatched to my card which they had no trouble charging. Not a good business owner or good customer service provider, will not reccomend to anyone. Shouldnt take 29+ days to get a refund for something that should have never been charged in the 1st place. Oh wait thats right still no refund.
