Called seeking information on landlord tenant issues, was informed they only represent landlords, I asked why but was simply told that's what they do. I don't want to jump to conclusions but after thought I was stuck on two prominent possibilities. 1 They have what would be concerned a one sided approach to there interpretations of legal statutes that is in favour of landlords and don't want to have to be contradictory in there arguments for those interpretations. 2 They may have the general disposition that Tennant's are not where the money is since in general thoes that rent are of lesser means than those that own. Either way morality is in question since there website reads quite differently than I was told, attached pics of website, also it's nice north Dakota is a sole party consent state just set the phone to record and be forgetful.
