We went for a drop-in and were met with a very welcoming staff in Cantrell. The facility was clean, organized, and has a great atmosphere.nWould come back, thank you Cantrell!
While it's nice to have a 24-hr gym in town, this gym could use some work. Equipment is often left out and not put away, there is a lot of broken equipment, and the cleanliness of the gym seems to be lacking as of late. Not to mention I have had nothing but problems receiving my insurance reimbursement since new management took over.
Nice place to go to that is open 24hrs. On the downside, there is still a broken mirror that has not been fixed, the other mirrors are covered in dry sweat (cardio area), and the girlfriend has not been reimbursed for her insurance for the last two months. The previous owners would not allow this to happen. The manager does a fair job, but seems to be preoccupied talking with friends, rather than building relationships with clients.
Great place to workout. Great people and Arerial Bender is awesome and will help you on joining.
Love have access to all the clubs when I travel. No excuse to miss a workout.
