I have lived in Henderson for 1 year now, almost to date. I do not order pizza often, but in the year that I have been here I would say I have ordered from this Pizza Hut at least 7 times. Not once have they let me down. I only like a few things from Pizza Hut and that is the pan pizza, wings, and sometimes the pasta if I am in a particular mood. I am picky however, so if if it doesn’t arrive exactly how I want it to arrive I am disappointed and it would ruin the reason That I had ordered In the first place. This Pizza Hut is exactly on point every time. Not only do they deliver when they say they will deliver (if not early) they deliver exactly what they say they will deliver and exactly how I want it to be delivered. I do not have high expectations for fast food or pizza delivery places but this place out does itself time and time again. The only thing I can think of that could be the reason is that management is top notch and that it trickles down. All the way down. Good job guys, and thank you for pleasing me every time.
The lady that took our order & money had to be the rudest Bi@#$. The manager ended up completing our transaction. The individual that started our order either desperately needs a customer service class ASAP or should head to unemployment office! Food was good though just very poor customer service
I love this Pizza Hut. They are always fast and friendly. The food is delicious! :)
Ordered a head of time, fast hot delivery delicious pizza at my door. Very happy with the experience.
Always love their deep dish pizza. Not to mention their chicken wings!!
