They are amazing and they also helped us from being stranded. They were to lease us a van so we could make our performamces at a northern Wisconsin Wedding and return to Kansas City while they pulled, repaired, and reinstalled our SUV Engine.nnTheir shop staff are exceptionally skilled and the owner and the service manager we very professional and the repair rates were fair and reasonable.nnWe didn't need to buy a car from them while we were there but if we ever needed one and was near the town of Monticello, IA, we wouldn't hesitate to visit them to make that purchase.

From Chicago to Iowa we were on many dirt roads we are not used to. We experienced a scary noise coming from the car and luckily Freese was right off the main road. The Service Manager was too kind and came out quickly and immediately took a look at the car. He test drove the vehicle and quickly knew the issue, and saved the day. His kindness truly made our trip to Iowa one to remember and allowed us to get home 300 miles away safety, thank you again as it truly means so much to us!!

Came from Cedar Rapids to pick up parts no one else had in stock. Even the deep pocket dealer in town had nothing. This helped me make repairs to my customers vehicle that same day.!

I have bought two used vehicles from Brandon, and both buying experiences were fair and low-key. In addition, Freese went above and beyond to ensure that the second vehicle was as good as it seemed. Highly recommended.

They are the best and make scheduling even the worse car issues a breeze. Ive bought a few cars from them and go back someday for an upgrade.
