Placed my order at 6:18pm, at 7:14 received a message that it was out for delivery. It is now 8:24 and still have not had a knock on the door. I called the store the manager told me that the driver has the pizza and it should be here any minute. That was 10 minutes ago. Do not order from this store!!!
Never delivered our order. Called 3 times, 3rd time they said its already delivered to the porch when we are standing on our front porch looking at nothing. Then try to make us take store credit instead of a refund. Hopefully they actually end up crediting our money back
Update: They also never actually processed our refund, had to complain to our bank. who knew trying to order pizza could be such a difficult task
Ordered pizza for TMobile Tuesday. They called and offered me store credit because they didn't have any more pizza.
I call back to get my pizza a few months later, because no one should be eating pizza Every day, and should try to avoid heart disease, manager says there is no credit under my acc. I ask him to research more, he says he needs date and time of order. And tells me there's nothing else he can do for me and hangs up. I look it up in my email, confirm date and time, call him back. He says it's been too long and the credit expired and there's nothing he can do for me.
Just be aware that there's an obvious reason these guys have less than 3 stars.
Had a longer wait for food. Was given some goodies for the wait. Much love and appreciate the kindness. Whoever did it has a perfect understanding on how to make sure customers are happy.
I ordered curbside PICKUP. Never came out to deliver pizza, I had to go inside to get it myself. Pizza was cold and looked like a first grader made it, employees were having a good old time laughing and not doing their job. Place is a JOKE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE THAT I TELL ALL MY NEIGHBORS. THE OWNER SHOULD JUST SELL HIS FRANCHISE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO OPERATE A RESTAURANT.
