Everyone was very nice, very helpful. Easy to find an associate when you need help finding something. Found items in stock at this Walmart, I have not been able to get at my Walmart. Delighted!!!
I dont typically post reviews, especially for such a large company. Usually there isn't anything more to be said - but in this case I disagree. The associates at Anamosa (that I have encountered thus far) are all SUPER SWEET! They will partake in playful banter, or keep it short and sweet - whatever pace and tone you set. It's never awkward - and this is coming from the QUEEN of awkward and anxiety.nI have been regularly doing pickup orders lately due to time constraints and convenience. Every pickup associate has been immensely thorough, helpful, and prompt. Logan, in particular, is a Rockstar! If you don't give him a raise, BUY THIS MAN SOME COOKIES AND PIE! Tonight was another pickup order with him, and he was assisted by Claire tonight. They were both AMAZING as to be expected. Very happy with all of my visits in the year I have lived here.
The Walmart at my location is struggling in many areas. Availability of products is always in question and it is very understaffed in key areas. A few employees are very nice and helpful but some are incompetent and overbearing. There always seems to be something they are out of..
Very difficult to maintain everything with a super store. Being in retail I understand! They do a good job for a difficult task. I salute and tip my hat to em.
