When I write a review it is either a great experience or a terrible one. Once again another great experience! North Liberty location is set apart. They have not failed me yet. Driver Alexia was absolutely amazing. She literally stayed like 10 feet back the entire time with her mask on. I just want to let everyone know when a place treats you good. And the dominos in north liberty is absolutely amazing. You are guaranteed good food and excellent customer service.

Someone, in their infinite wisdom, has decided to reduce the net weight of the salad. Possibly saving money but definitely losing a customer. Along with skimping on the toppings and forgetting my sauces and eating utensils, Dominoes has fallen by the wayside, in the rear view mirror with Subway.

Every time I go well after the tracker says my order is ready I'm told 5-6 minutes. I have been told multiple times that my order was dropped.. Are all the workers that inept that they drop that much stuff taking it out of the oven? That or they can't read the order correctly to begin with.nnUnfortunately they're open later than anyone else in North Liberty, otherwise I'd gladly spend my money elsewhere

Exceptionally poor ability to read and follow instructions. Ordered two pizzas for carryout, got home and one was wrong, took the order back, and they remade the wrong pizza, and remade it wrong AGAIN. They took the entire order back to remake it, given it was cold, and they got the wrong pizza right.... Then screwed up the pizza they'd gotten right the first time.nOnly response was a coupon that can't be used for online ordering (the only way I order), and was highly dubious, and get to keep the cold wrong pizza.nnLove dominoes when it's done right, but, this debacle took a full hour, and, still don't have a correct order, we just gave up. Two pizzas made as ordered, apparently too much for this location.

The wings do not look like the picture AT ALL. It was lightly drizzled in sauce not coated whatsoever, I got a delivery and they didnt provide me with any of the sauces that i paid for or give me a receipt. I called them and said they were missing the sauces and ranch and they did come back to give it to me but they still didnt bring half the sauces i asked for. I mean i’m giving them stars for trying but like if the order was correct that would have been more helpful.
