I really like this Jimmy John's. All the employees are nice and delivery is almost always fast. They forgot to add a couple things to my delivery order today, but apologized more than once, and sent someone out immediately with the forgotten items!
I’ve always had really positive experiences here! Friendly staff and the food is always great! When I accidentally placed an order for the next day after they were closed, they called me to make sure it was right and then refunded it for me. They rock!!
Sandwiches are made quick, but delivery times are a bad joke. It'll take 40 minutes to deliver a sandwich 2 miles. That's not an exaggeration or isolated incident, this has happened multiple times. Good as an absolute last resort, but I would order well in advance and not expect attention to detail. Most of your customizable options and extras will be ignored. Today's order was supposed to be cut in half with added avocado (there's a splash of avocado if you look closely haha). Hands down the worst Jimmy Johns I've ordered from.
