TOTAL OPPOSITE OF FREAKY FASTnnI ordered two sandwiches, three chips, one cookie, and one drink for delivery and my order did not get delivered to me for 1 hour and 45 min. I’m not only appalled by the terrible delivery time but they also forgot one of my bags of chips. Will never order from this location again as they repeatedly take years to deliver.
Ordered a meal thinking it would include the drink, then staff rudely acted like I was trying to steal a drink even though I explained that I only grabbed a cup because I thought that was included. I was in no way trying to argue with them. Incredibly rude staff and on top of that they made the wrong sandwich...
Would give negative stars if possible. HORRIBLE customer service. Came in at 6:45 to order (they close at 7) and would not let me or the people who came in behind me order. Guess they aren’t freaky fast if they can’t make a sandwich in less than 15 minutes. Will not be coming back.
Orders take a while if you don’t order it in shop. The sandwiches are rarely consistent from one day to another. The staff is rude.
This jimmy johns just wouldn’t serve me because their “bread was too hot” and made me wait outside for 15 minutes
