We placed a very large order & wanted it in a very limited amount of time. The store was extremely busy. The staff was very friendly & completed our order quickly, updating me on the status as they went along. Once our order was completed a staff member even helped me carry everything out to the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this Jimmy John's location! Thanks guys!

TERRIBLE service, never encountered anything like it. Very disappointing. We ordered a group order out at UIHC and when the driver arrived we realized we were missing a few items, we made the driver aware and he didn’t verbally respond instead they rolled up their window and drove off. Called the store manager and his response was “I don’t know .... then sent the same driver back and this is when it gets so unreal.... the driver ran up to our door THREW our bag of chips in front of the door and took off running back to his car. So unreal and so uncalled for. Lack of professionalism and terrible customer service. 10/10 would recommend going to the other locations.
