I would highly recommend Eric Tindal’s services. I hired Eric to represent me against false allegations brought against me using the University of Iowa title 9 system. Although I had copious evidence, Eric made use of it strategically and sparingly. Eric leant heavily on his cunning and experience. We won under the old standard of evidence, which greatly favored the accuser, effectively making it a case of he-said she-said. It was a humiliating defeat for my ex-girlfirend, with the school investigators literally denouncing her allegations as “fabrications”.nnEric preformed amazingly and his skill as an attorney has impressed me. Eric made intelligent use of the facts and the law. I suspect he would provide even more impressive representation in an actual criminal trial. Luckily I did not have to find out.
