The receptionist I spoke with was extremely condescending. The general lack of kindness, compassion and willingness to help, made calling this office an unpleasant experience. If you're looking for guidance and reassurance I'd suggest spending your money elsewhere.

Woman answering phones was so rude could not answer my question and instead of letting me talk to someone who could she told me to call another law firm.
